Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO22000, etc.) is essential.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing production schedules to meet production goals.
• Supervise production line workers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present production reports, including efficiency and quality metrics.
