Qualifications

• Experience in food or dairy manufacturing, preferably UHT or chilled production environments.
• Strong knowledge of FSMS, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC, GMP, and food safety regulations.
• Leadership experience managing technicians and operators in a shift-based operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians and operators to meet production targets, KPIs, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage day-to-day production operations for Chilled Plant, ensuring output, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Implement and improve Food Safety Management Systems in line with ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC requirements.
