Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager to develop packaging material standard specifications.
• Conduct testing and trials for production packaging materials.
• Furnish trial reports and follow up on statuses.
• Coordinate with QA or Engineering on packaging materials issues.
• Involve in ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superiors.
• Perform lab testing tasks or relevant lab testing.
• Contribute to improvement projects for packaging and production.
• Involve in training subordinates on identified areas.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for management.
