Job description

Lead and supervise technicians and operators to meet production targets, KPIs, quality, and safety standards.

Manage day-to-day production operations for Chilled Plant (UHT & Fresh Milk), ensuring output, quality, and schedule adherence.

Implement, maintain, and improve Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) in line with ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC requirements.

Ensure GMP, hygiene, housekeeping, and documentation compliance; lead internal and external audits.

Drive preventive and autonomous maintenance to reduce downtime and improve OEE.

Execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and perform hands‑on troubleshooting when required.

Manage spare parts availability, usage tracking, and supplier coordination.

Monitor and improve production KPIs such as efficiency, yield, and output through corrective actions.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, QCC, cost and quality improvements).

Train, coach, and develop operators and technicians to improve skills and performance.

Enforce Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) compliance, including HIRADC, ISO 14001, and waste/IETS management.

Ensure proper shift handover, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination.

  • Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiar with SHE requirements, HIRADC, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Able to work on shifts and perform hands‑on operational tasks when needed.
