Intrinseque Health is seeking a driven and dynamic Junior HR Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in sourcing and securing top talent to support the continued expansion of our healthcare services across Malaysia.

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through a range of recruitment channels, including job boards, professional networks and employee referrals
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to making job offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment metrics
• Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Support the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives

• 1+ years of proven experience in a junior or entry-level recruitment role, ideally within the healthcare or professional services sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome recruitment challenges
• A team player who is willing to contribute to the wider goals and initiatives of the HR team
