Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a full-time Team Leader to assist in the efficient running of the department according to established standards. You will support the Outlet Manager, ensuring professional and flexible service. Candidates should have ideally a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations, along with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Only Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is ideal.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations required.
  • Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills necessary.

Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Qualifications
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience hotel operations.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
