Intrinseque Health is seeking a driven and dynamic Junior HR Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in sourcing and securing top talent to support the continued expansion of our healthcare services across Malaysia.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through a range of recruitment channels, including job boards, professional networks and employee referrals
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to making job offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment metrics
  • Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Support the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
What we're looking for
