Candidates should possess a culinary diploma and have experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie. Qualifications

• Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma/degree in Culinary Education.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Chef de Partie or 3 years as Demi Chef de Partie.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Western Restaurant Kitchen.
• Supervise the assigned station of the Western restaurant kitchen.
• Prepare high-quality products and ensure excellent service.
