This role is a blend of technical troubleshooting, database maintenance, and hands-on physical support. You will be responsible for ensuring that our client platforms, accounting systems, and customer-facing IT facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

As an entry-level IT Support Executive, you will be the face of IT for our internal users and customers. This role is a blend of technical troubleshooting, database maintenance, and hands-on physical support. You will be responsible for ensuring that our client platforms, accounting systems, and customer-facing IT facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • End-User Support: Act as the first point of contact for technical incidents and service requests, providing timely solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows/Linux, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and hardware peripherals.
  • Database & Accounting Support: Assist in maintaining database connectivity for accounting software. Use basic SQL queries to help resolve data-related discrepancies for the Finance team.
  • Incident Management: Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and provide status updates while adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Physical & Facility Support: Provide occasional on-site physical support in customer areas.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in local server administration, software distribution, and patch management to ensure system updates.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and operational reports.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors for hardware replacements and technical service repairs.
Qualifications
  • Education: Recently graduated with a Diploma, or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Foundations:
    • Basic troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile devices.
    • Introductory knowledge of Database tools (SQL) and a basic understanding of Accounting workflows (e.g., how financial data flows through a system).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users and customers.
    • A proactive learner with a "can-do" attitude toward solving complex problems.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as moving hardware or setting up equipment in customer zones.
