  • Utilize interpreting skills to communicate with customers who have limited English proficiency.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.

Must be willing to work onsite in Persiaran Sultan, Seksyen 14, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Ability to start work on February 23rd.
