A customer service company is seeking a candidate to deliver exceptional support to Mandarin-speaking customers in Shah Alam. Candidates must possess strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, with a focus on customer service. The position requires adaptability to rotational shifts and familiarity with Chinese culture. Knowledge of Cantonese is a plus. Benefits include EPF, SOCSO, and health insurance.
Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Proficient in English for effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support.
Familiarity with Chinese culture to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of Cantonese is an added advantage.
Strong interpreting skills to accurately convey information between parties.
Must be willing to work onsite in Persiaran Sultan, Seksyen 14, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
Ability to start work on February 23rd.
