Why we need you
As a Recruiter focused on Entry-Level Recruiting, you will play a critical role in attracting the best early-career talent to Oliver Wyman’s Asia Pacific team. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to develop and execute tailored attraction and recruiting strategies that address our hiring needs across the region. By delivering an outstanding candidate experience and managing complex, high-volume processes, you will help position Oliver Wyman as the employer of choice for top graduates and early professionals.
What we will count on you to do
- Partner with business leaders to design and deliver localized campus and entry-level recruiting strategies across diverse markets and talent pools
- Lead the full recruiting lifecycle for early talent roles, including attraction initiatives, event management, high-volume candidate screening, assessment coordination, offer management, and onboarding
- Design and implement marketing and branding strategies for target groups
- Manage and coordinate campus events such as presentations, workshops, and networking sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organizations, career centers, and diversity groups to broaden outreach and enhance employer brand visibility
- Identify opportunities to increase diversity, inclusion, and belonging through targeted recruiting initiatives that engage underrepresented candidate profiles and skill sets
- Provide positive and consistent candidate experience, ensuring timely communications, process clarity, and personalized support throughout the candidate journey
- Manage candidate data and recruiting metrics, assisting leadership with reporting and insights to measure program effectiveness and enable data-driven decisions
What you’ll need to have
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in campus, early-career, or high-volume recruiting, ideally within professional services, consulting, or financial services environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday Recruiter
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume recruiting processes simultaneously with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
