  • Assist with daily bookkeeping

  • Support month‑end closing and basic reconciliations
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payments
  • Assist supervisors during audits
Administrative Responsibilities | 行政职责 (约10%)
  • Provide general office administrative support, such as monthly sales reports
  • Assist in planning and booking flights for quarterly company events
