About the job

• Design, develop, and maintain software features under guidance from senior engineers
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and translate them into working solutions
• Assist in testing, debugging, and improving application quality, reliability, and performance
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and development practices as required

Skills & experience required

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of working experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (data structures, logic, OOP concepts)
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar)
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL concepts)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks

Preferred/Nice‑to‑have skills

• Exposure to frontend frameworks (e.g. TypeScript, Angular)
• Exposure to backend development (e.g. REST APIs, Java, Spring frameworks)
• Familiarity with test automation tools or frameworks (e.g. TypeScript, Playwright, Selenium, Appium)
• Exposure to low‑code automation platforms (e.g. n8n)
• Basic understanding of agentic AI concepts or experience building simple AI agents or workflows
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools or code editors that support intelligent coding workflows (e.g. multi‑agent or AI‑powered editors)
• Experience with Git or version control systems
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms, or DevOps concepts
