Field Service Technician (Large Printer Machineries)
Job summary
A printing solutions company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Field Service Technician for large printer machineries. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT-related hardware, especially printers, and be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Responsibilities include installation and troubleshooting at customer sites, servicing machinery, training users, and supporting the sales team. Candidates with SPM and their own transport are encouraged to apply for this full-time role with performance bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Installation and troubleshooting printers and related finishing equipment at customer site.
- Service and repair machineries to smoothen customer manufacturing process.
- Train users to be proficient in daily operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Support sales team in pre-sales of equipment.
- Complete all relevant technical reports on time and in a professional manner.
Skills
Education
Experience in IT related hardware such as printers or large format printers is encouraged.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Ability to work independently.
Good team worker and personal skills.
