Job summary

An automotive service center in Selangor is seeking a dedicated automotive technician to perform repairs and services on vehicles. The ideal candidate should possess at least a certificate of SKM (automotive) level 2 or above and have experience in automotive maintenance. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs based on service orders, and assisting in maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Qualifications

• Minimum certificate of SKM (automotive) level 2 or above.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and service as per Repair Order.
• Diagnose and rectify complaints accurately on the first attempt.
• Assist team leader to ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
• Report defects spotted during repairs.
• Carry out weekly checks and maintenance on equipment.

Job description

To perform repair and service as per Repair Order.

Ensure all complaints are accurately diagnosed and rectified the first time (Quality).

To assist the team leader in ensuring that vehicles are in roadworthy condition by

Reporting defects spotted during repairs.

Carry out weekly checks and maintenance on equipment and tools under possession

Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Practice 5S as a way of life.

Participate in Branch Kaizen activity.

Disciplined and committed to work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum certificate of SKM (automotive) level 2 & above OR any other automotive related certificates.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (preferably with experience - internship).
• Experienced in automotive maintenance job.
• Must have valid driving license (D class).
• Possess good health condition.
• Strong work ethic, both independently and with a team.
• Ability to comprehend instruction and information.
