Job description

Attend daily morning meeting and report machinery and equipment condition status.

Performing maintenance on equipment and machinery to support production and achieve desired results.

Conduct regular inspection to identify and address potential issues before it lead to equipment failure.

Assist in daily repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and data collection in order to reduce machinery downtime and improve machine or equipment reliability.

Adhere to safety protocol and guideline while performing maintenance tasks to ensure the safety of oneself and others.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdown.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Ensure job done are according to work instruction provided by Supervisor or Engineer.

Prepare and submit daily maintenance and breakdown report.

Perform other related duties and activities as required from time to time.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 1 year experience in machinery maintenance, repair and overhaul.

Good knowledge in steam application system, hydraulic system, and pneumatic system will be added advantages.

Familiar with hand and power tools.

Basic knowledge in welding and able to perform welding work for minor repair.

Able to work in high temperature environment.

Able to work independently as well as being a team-player.

Willing to work in shift hour if necessary.
