Job summary
A staffing agency in Penang is seeking fresh diploma graduates for the Automation System Support role. This position involves supporting automation systems, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring accurate data reporting. Candidates with basic programming knowledge and exposure to dispatch systems are preferred. Flexibility for shift work is required based on operational needs, with an hourly rate of up to RM34 for experienced candidates.
Qualifications
- Fresh Diploma graduates preferred.
- Candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged.
- Experience with dispatching systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support operation and troubleshoot automation systems.
- Perform system monitoring to ensure performance.
- Follow dispatching and scheduling guidelines.
- Maintain data accuracy in reporting tools.
- Assist with process optimization in production.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
