Job summary
A leading engineering company in Malaysia is seeking a Commissioning Engineer (Electrical) with substantial experience in electrical systems and project commissioning. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics and at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas facilities, including 4 years in electrical system commissioning. Responsibilities include preparing test plans and conducting system setups. The role requires offshore readiness and strong leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in Oil & Gas facilities.
- 4 years experience in project commissioning of electrical systems.
- Experience with HV and LV voltage system testing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare commissioning test plans and procedures.
- Conduct loop checks and system setups.
- Test motors and generators as part of commissioning.
