A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Mechanical Manager to lead their engineering team in designing and implementing innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in automation systems, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and at least 8 years in mechanical design. Key responsibilities include managing engineers and overseeing projects from concept to production, ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualificações
- Extensive experience with automation systems and machine design.
- Minimum of 8 years in mechanical design or application engineering.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers.
- Oversee mechanical design projects from concept through production.
- Implement FMEA and DOE methodologies to identify risks.
