Job summary
A leading construction firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Production Engineer. The successful candidate will analyze architectural drawings, guide the production team, and maintain quality assurance during projects. Applicants should have a degree in civil engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in overseeing structural works. Proficiency in AutoCad and other design tools is required. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also welcome to apply. This role involves visiting sites in Malaysia and Singapore.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ local experience supervising structural/civil works.
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant qualifications.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural drawings and prepare Bill of Quantity for stiffeners.
- Guide production team on drilling positions for lintels.
- Maintain QAQC checklists for orders and prepare for annual factory inspections.
- Assist with stock management and record incoming/outgoing goods.
- Visit construction sites in Singapore/Malaysia.
