Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Trade Compliance Specialist to join our Import/Export Compliance team. In this role, you will ensure all cross‑border transactions comply with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies—supporting smooth operations for our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs laws, and export controls.
  • Prepare and review import/export documentation, including Asia region export permit application.
  • Monitor daily sales orders under compliance hold and manage timely release of the compliance hold.
  • Maintain internal compliance programs and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on trade compliance requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on potential impacts.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in trade compliance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs laws.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and global trade management tools.
