Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Seberang Perai, Penang is looking for a CNC Machine Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines and ensuring quality standards are met through thorough inspections. Requirements include a Certificate/Diploma in Precision Engineering and prior experience in a machining environment, although fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

Job description

Responsible for operation of CNC machines to produce the required order parts in accordance with the technical design programs by :

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC machines.
• Setup tools and geometry offsets.
• Read and interpret blueprints properly.
• Inspect parts to verify blueprint requirements prior to first articles.
• Properly transfer, edit and save CNC programs.
• Quickly and accurately load and unload machines.
• Follow traveler and quality system procedures.
• Provide input to ensure travelers are updated properly.
• Perform safe operation of multiple machines.
• Perform test-cut and verify the dimensional quality of the product.
• Responsible for keeping the machines and surrounding areas clean and tidy.

Requirements

• SPM with working experience in machining house.
• Certificate/Diploma in Precision Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply; Training will be given.
