Job description

Overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. This role involves working closely with design, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise to maintain consistent product quality.
• Analysing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Responsible for ensuring the reliability and proper functioning of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance plan and activities.
• Coordinating repairs or replacements as needed to minimize disruptions to production.
• Implementation and Enforcement of 5S and Health & Safety of workplace.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• To perform other related duties as may be required by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent in related field of studies.
• Required Skill(s): ERP System, Microsoft Office.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in manufacturing, process contract & improvement.
• Knowledge of 5S, OSHA, MS office, continuous improvement is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
