Qualifications

• Min 5 Years experience in electrical hardware troubleshooting and design.
• Knowledge of basic logic control, HMI, inverters, power supply, and motors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and supervise the Electrical Maintenance Technician.
• Manage and responsible for all electrical jobs and activities.
• Plan and execute repair during plant shutdown.
• Ensure compliance of safety rules and regulations.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs according to plan.
• Interact with suppliers and sub-contractors.

• Min 5 Years experience in with background in electrical hardware troubleshooting and design
• Knowledge of basic logic control, HMI, Inverters, power supply, AC/DC drivers and motors

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and supervise the Electrical Maintenance Technician.
• To manage and responsible for all the electrical job and activities.
• Delegates planning and execute repair during plant shutdown
• Maintain a working knowledge of process flow in the technical area.
• Ensure compliance of safety rules and regulations
• Responsible for implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs are carryout according to plan.
• Comply with maintenance procedure, processes and provide continuous improvement.
• Liaise with government body such as JKKP, Bomba, TNB, Syabas, Energy Commission and other related local authorities.
• Perform hands on work either at worksite or workshop which consist of trouble shooting, routine service and repair.
• To attend / arrange daily machine and equipment breakdown repair.
• To assist new machine installation for the new production line.
• Prepare site service and monthly reports to superior.
• To organize all maintenance record and retrievable.
• Interact with suppliers, sub-con and others.
• To support & participate in ISO
• To provide assistance during emergencies
• To train new and existing staff and review performance and needs
• To support and participate in ISO, GMP & HACCP and follow procedures
