A leading consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to engage with customers, translate needs into functional requirements, and collaborate on CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. This role involves utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence in a dynamic consulting environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in CRM, ERP, or SaaS implementations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to validate solutions.

- Engage with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Support presales with requirement discovery, functional demos, and proposal inputs.
- Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to design and validate solutions (e.g., SugarCRM, Monday.com).
- Coordinate project deliverables and own Analysis, QA, UAT, and Training SDLC stages, to ensure solution quality and business fit.
- Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Support change management and user adoption.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in CRM, ERP, or SaaS implementations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Postman experience is advantageous.
