We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Project Planner (Primavera P6) to support a major data centre construction project in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project phases to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 covering design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning stages.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure all activities align with project objectives and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to consolidate timelines and resources into the master schedule.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports, including progress curves, dashboards, and time‑impact analyses.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide schedule‑based insights for management decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and data centre construction protocols.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Must have completed at least one full‑cycle data centre construction project, from design to commissioning.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and resource management.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project schedules simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin communication is an added advantage for regional collaboration.
