We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive – Content Creator to develop, manage, and optimize digital content across multiple platforms. The role focuses on producing engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
  • Plan, create, and publish high‑quality content for digital channels including social media (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Facebook).
  • Produce short‑form videos, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives.
Digital Marketing Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance metrics, analyze engagement, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Community Engagement & Social Media Management
  • Respond to social media comments and messages to build and maintain community engagement.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with digital and social media trends, adapting content strategies to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Brainstorm and propose creative content ideas that align with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and content approaches to increase audience engagement and reach.
Market Research & Insights
  • Monitor competitor content and industry trends to inform content strategy and identify opportunities.
Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Support other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media; fresh graduates welcome to apply if eager to showcase creativity and take initiative.
  • Proficient with digital content tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for graphics or video creation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills (English; Mandarin/Malay a plus).
  • Outgoing, confident on camera, and comfortable presenting ideas.
  • Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented, with good project management skills.
  • Team player with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
