Apical Scientific Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Life Science Division, covering both consumables and equipment portfolios. As a key member of our management team, you will drive business growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. The role begins with a 12-month initial contract period based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, with clear opportunities for long-term progression.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve divisional revenue targets.

Lead, coach, and mentor a dynamic team of sales professionals to optimize performance and productivity.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support product development and sales initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Prepare comprehensive sales performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales managerial role within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or clinical industry.
