Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and own all customer communications (primarily via live chat and calls) from initial contact through to full resolution.
  • Provide premium-level support by delivering accurate information, personalised assistance, and timely solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth product and process knowledge to guide customers effectively.
  • Act as the voice and advocate for our customers by identifying recurring issues, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate follow-up for all customer matters.
  • Proactively highlight customer trends, gaps, and insights that can improve our products, services, and overall experience.
  • Uphold all service quality standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.
Requirements
  • Malaysian citizens only.
  • Full work‑from‑office at 1 Tech Park, Bandar Utama.
  • Willing and able to work on shift schedules, 6 days a week.
