Job summary

A leading outsourcing solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can deliver excellent support and build sustainable relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a year of experience in a call center and fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay. This position requires the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. The role is fully on-site in KL Sentral, easily accessible by public transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
  • Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified.
  • Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
  • Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Requirements
  • One year of customer service experience in a call center setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and typing), English, Malay is required to effectively communicate.
  • Able to work in KL Sentral (fully on‑site office, easily accessible by LRT, MRT & KTM).
  • Ability to proactively and independently work towards meeting targets and goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
