As a Project Engineer at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex projects within the call centre and customer service industry. This full-time role is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, and will involve leading a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to complete project tasks and milestones
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
• Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management
• Providing technical leadership and support to the project team
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the call centre and customer service industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing project requirements
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Microsoft Project
