Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Working Hours: 7.30AM - 7PM rotational shift, Monday - Friday only

Salary: Monthly salary with minimum RM3500, plus attractive allowances

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues via email and calls
  • Assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, baggage claims, and more
  • Deliver world-class service with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM level
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (required spoken & written & read)
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus - but not required, familiarity with airline is a plus
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer‑focused with a positive attitude and team spirit
