• Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits.
• Ensure merchandise is well displayed and the store is kept tidy at all times.
• Support daily store operations such as stock handling, cashiering, and visual merchandising.
• Assist in achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Handle after-sales service professionally.
