A customer service recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Officer for rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will deliver 24-hour customer service, resolving complaints and providing information about banking products. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while experience in a Call Centre or banking environment is a plus. Candidates must be ready to work weekends and public holidays to meet 24x7 service operations.
Deliver 24 hour one-stop customer service, handling and resolving customer complaints proficiently in banking sector.
Ensures highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to our customers.
Providing prompt and accurate answers, alternatives or solutions to customers with their best interests at heart. Assigns or acts on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Call Centre guidelines.
Educates the customer about the Bank’s products and services and directs them toward available resources for self-help.
Enters customer data and other relevant information into the relevant systems (as required) completely and accurately.
Requirement:
Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays to support 24x7 Call Centre service operations.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be an advantage.
