Job summary

A major multinational corporation in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Customer Service Agent fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese. We are actively hiring Mandarin OR Cantonese Speaker for one of the biggest MNC based in KL Sentral as Customer Service

Job Title: Customer Service Agent – Mandarin or Cantonese Voice Support
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Permanent Night Shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, each shift 9 hours including 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks

Start dates : 12th & 19th January 2026

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our contact centre team providing in-bound and out-bound voice customer support. The role involves assisting customers with queries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Deliver excellent customer support with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Apply knowledge acquired from training, refresher courses, and client product updates.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve customer issues and meet their expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs set by the company and client.
  • Follow work roster, including weekends, public holidays, and split-off/rest days as required.
  • Adhere to call flow procedures, quality assurance standards, and escalation processes.
  • De-escalate dissatisfied customers professionally and effectively.
Requirements
  • Candidates with a Diploma or above may apply as freshers; SPM holders are required to have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Malaysian natives with proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
