About the role

As the Branch Manager at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Kota Marudu, Sabah branch. This is a full‑time position that will see you play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our regional presence.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of customer service and sales professionals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market share and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the local community
  • Monitor and analyse branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider organisation to support the achievement of overall business objectives
