We are seeking an enthusiastic Tour Coordinator to join our team at Super Tours & Travel Service Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang. As a full-time Tour Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating seamless tour experiences for our valued customers.

• Handle and track all telephone, email, whatsapp & walk-in enquiries and plan itineraries, make reservations, issue tickets/documents for client.
• Handle, answer and respond promptly to customer requests via telephone, e-mail & walk-in enquiries on time.
• Provide professional & up to date information on air fares & travel related matters to customer.
• Follow-up on customer enquiries, ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Liaise, work closely, build rapport (teamwork) with colleagues, and assist our sales personnel, other departments on tour package matters.
• Safeguard and not to disclose customer (personal and organization) details and our company’s confidential information.
• Assist in Trade shows / Customer shows when necessary i.e. MATTA Travel fair etc.
• Ensure that we have billed and chase for payment for outstanding invoices, no credit given to customer, friends or travel agents unless authorized (written) by Head of Department.
• Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
• Any other duties at the discretion of the company.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or any working experience in a similar tour coordination or travel consultancy role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Knowledgeable about popular tourist destinations and tourism industry trends
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional language skills an advantage.
