你会做什么(职责)
  • 日程与会议:行程安排、会议记录和总结、记录要点与追各个部门进度(Follow‑up)
  • 项目协作:跨部门跟进(HR 招聘/入职、Operation SOP、Marketing活动)
  • 沟通与对接:与各店长,Cambridge Partners WhatsApp & 及时Update信息,提高各部门更有效的团队沟通
  • 活动与差旅:Holiday Camp、Annual Dinner、学生Graduation Ceremony、教师培训活动的现场支援
  • 行政与报销:文件管理、采购文具文件与库存、报销与对账、基本数据表(Excel/Sheets)
  • 保密与执行力:信息保密、时间观念强、结果导向(必要时到分行支援)

  • 做事细心、主动靠谱、沟通顺;三语(英/华/巫)
  • 会用 Excel / Google Workspace / WhatsApp, 会 PowerPoint and Canva
  • 喜欢跟人打交道,能把复杂事情整理出对的思绪
  • 能把复杂内容用简单易懂方式总结
  • Copywriting写作能力好
  • 能配合 5.5天制弹性时间 和 偶尔OT时间
  • 学历:Diploma or Degree以上优先(Business/HR/Management/Communication 等相关专业更佳)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Calendar & meetings: plan schedules, take minutes/summaries, and track cross‑department follow‑ups
  • Project coordination: HR hiring & onboarding, Operations SOPs, Marketing campaigns
  • Comms & liaison: WhatsApp/updates with centre managers, Cambridge partners; keep info flowing
  • Events & travel: Holiday Camps, Annual Dinner, Student Graduation, teacher training—on‑site support
  • Admin & claims: document control, stationery/supplies & inventory, reimbursements & reconciliation, basic Excel/Sheets reports
  • Confidentiality & execution: handle sensitive info; strong time discipline; branch support when needed
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
  • Meticulous, proactive, reliable communicator; trilingual (English/Chinese/Bahasa)
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Workspace / WhatsApp; PowerPoint & Canva are plus points
  • People‑oriented; able to organise complex info and summarise clearly
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Able to commit to a 5.5‑day flexible schedule with occasional OT
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferred; Business/HR/Management/Communication or related fields are a plus.
