What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating and monitoring all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and budgeting
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project progress
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Maintaining accurate project records, reports and documentation
  • Assisting the Project Manager in the effective delivery of construction projects
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
