Qualifications & Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma, or related field.
  • Experience in admin/customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel/Word.
  • Responsible and able to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge on accounting software (autocount) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on e-invoice and manufacturing is an added advantage.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)
Responsibilities
  • Respond to enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and quotations.
  • Coordinate and follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Perform administrative tasks and assist with inventory management.
  • Filing and record-keeping for order payments and bank transactions accounting.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
