Job description

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our growing team at Advance Vi Tech (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Port Klang, Selangor. As a Process Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production. This is a full‑time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Optimize and monitor the performance of extrusion processes and equipment to maximize productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Responsible for maintaining the production standard parameters for all products.

Lead process improvement activities to enhance production flow, improved product quality, reducing wastage and minimize down time.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production, troubleshoot the production problem and resolve quality issue.

Work closely with safety coordinator to develop safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Analyse process data from IoT devices and handle basic IT maintenance job.

Any task or project that assigned by Operation Manager / Production Manager.

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the chemical or related manufacturing industry.

Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Understanding of plastic extrusion process and IT knowledge are added advantages.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
