JOB SUMMARY
Provide project management support across functions within the Business Unit, collaborating with customer teams and partners for the assigned business unit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform data aggregation and reporting activities, including performance metrics.
· Support new developments, initiatives, and activities; coordinate with various areas within the Business Unit (globally or regionally) on customer issues.
· Evaluate current processes and tools to ensure they meet the department’s needs.
· Manage daily operations, such as scheduling meetings, publishing minutes, tracking project schedules, and monitoring key performance metrics.
· Create and manage project timelines, tracking tasks, deliverables, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Build rapport with internal teams and external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
· Communicate updates professionally, clearly, and timely, ensuring accuracy.
· Analyze processes to identify improvements and develop actionable plans.
· Conduct bill of materials (BOM) risk analysis for sustaining programs, including sourcing and sample approval.
· Minimize delays caused by time zone differences between US-based engineering teams and overseas resources.
· Assist in compiling reports and metrics.
· Attend meetings and provide feedback.
· Support project teams in value engineering activities and track VE programs.
· Provide monthly status updates for IPT and manufacturing operations.
· Perform ROI analysis and data entry into relevant databases.
· Coordinate action plans with business units and product operations.
· Manage mini-projects for part qualifications, providing feedback to customers.
· Track qualification statuses and act as the liaison between vendors, customers, and contract manufacturers.
· Oversee last time buy (LTB) processes, including part verification and customer communication.
· Write deviations and coordinate rework for mini-projects.
· Collaborate with commodity management on lead-free builds.
· Manage samples and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers.
· Understand and adhere to departmental functions, processes, and procedures.
· Follow all safety, health, and security policies.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Proficient in analytics, project management, and statistics.

· Skilled in problem definition, data collection, and analysis.
· Proficient in Windows OS, spreadsheets, ERP/MRP systems, including Jabil’s software.
· Capable of writing simple correspondence and understanding visual aids.
· Able to follow simple instructions and interpret technical data.
· Comfortable with mathematical concepts, including probability and statistics.
· Proficient in basic arithmetic and graph interpretation.
