Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair air conditioning system including FCU, AHU and Ventilation cooling unit.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunction (AHU, FCU and Split Unit system)
• Normal service for AHU, FCU and Split Units.
• Monitor daily Operating Conditions of Services and Equipment.
• Operate, maintain and modify Services and Equipment.
• Ensure servicing and maintenance of Services and Equipment are done as per contract schedule.
• Operate, maintain and modify Services and Equipment.

• Rectification and Repair of breakdown of Services and Equipment
• Upgrade and improve maintenance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Assist in the Marketing Events set-up, on-going and dismantling of sound system, lightings etc.
• Supervising the activities of monthly service contractor.
• Liaise with related authorities for any malfunction of equipment with regards to the safety of building occupants.
• Part of the ERT (Emergency Respond Team) committee.
• Preparation and submission of monthly reports.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate related to Air condition.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in shopping mall building is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in M3 Mall, Jalan Madrasah, Taman Melati, Kuala Lumpur.
• Preferably Junior Officer specializing in Building Operations and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on to resolve problems.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in shifts and extended hours.
