We are hiring Finance Executives to join our team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will support daily finance tasks such as AR/AP, payments, and month-end closing, and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

• Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Follow up with sales personnel on customer overdue payments.
  • Record collections, verify and match receipts with bank statements.
  • Prepare AR reports, reconcile monthly AR outstanding, and email statements of account to customers on a weekly basis.
  • Review all e-commerce transactions (e.g. iPay88, Shopee, Lazada) to ensure they are accurately posted into SAP and tally with incoming funds and sales transaction reports.
• Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Perform full-cycle accounts payable process for trade and non-trade vendors, including invoice verification (approval in Cello system), payment processing, emailing payment advices, and clearing payments in the ERP system.
  • Process staff claims and withholding tax.
  • Prepare vendor and inter-company reconciliations to identify and resolve variances.
  • Prepare accrual listings during month-end closing.
  • Ensure all accounting transactions are captured with the correct SST code and cost center, minimizing month-end closing errors.
  • Monitor budget allocation by cost center for each GL account.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
• General Ledger (GL) & Reporting
  • Handle AP and GL functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare management reports, risk management reports, and open item analyses.
  • Responsible for the consolidation package (accounts & cash flow) on a quarterly basis.
  • Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely completion of financial reporting.
• Taxation & Compliance
  • Handle tax compliance including tax estimation, filing, computation, audit, and payment.
  • Prepare SST/customs reports and declarations; manage customs audits and respond to queries.
  • Address accounting-related operational issues, discrepancies, and abnormal transactions promptly.
  • Prepare audit reports, notes to accounts, and audit schedules (quarterly and year-end).
  • Attend to auditors’ queries and coordinate with external parties such as auditors and bankers.
• Treasury & Cash Management
  • Manage daily and monthly cash flow planning and treasury operations.
  • Conduct foreign currency purchases for inter-company expense payments.
  • Monitor petty cash flow on a weekly and monthly basis.

• At least Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g. ACCA) is an added advantage
