Job description

The Company is in search of a Regional Head of Supply Chain for Asia to lead and enhance its supply chain operations across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and facilitating the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, leading planning and forecasting activities, and monitoring inventory levels to optimize turnover and reduce waste. This role also involves overseeing the entire product shipment flow, developing performance targets, and working closely with various internal teams to create integrated plans that drive business performance.

The Head of Supply Chain will be expected to manage relationships with contract manufacturers, design procurement action plans, and ensure that the supply chain functions effectively to meet the company's high standards. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, and logistics management within fast-moving consumer goods industries.
