Key Responsibilities

Process purchasing requisition from operations, identify approved supplier sources and commercial conditions, issue purchasing/ contract documentation, and ensure fulfilment of suppliers according to the agreed T&C.

Ensures activities are in compliance with Category Strategies agreed between CP & KG Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Processes and "Purchasing Authority".

Support end-to-end standardization and harmonization of the overall Procurement processes and services, i.e. Vendor Master Data, Material Master Data, Shopping Cart, PO processing & fulfilment.

Support Group sourcing, local and global category strategies, through RFx exercises.

Undertake commercial T&C and vendor assessment for high value critical materials, manage key suppliers to ensure material & services are supplied OTIF with the right quality.

Monitor supplier performance and support CCQL supplier consistency audit to achieve and maintain safety/ quality and service level. Support local and group framework agreement & full implementation.

Monitor PO Ops performance PR-PO

Monitor & publish supplier backlog order’s & support operations for material availability

Ensure maximized use of eProcurement systems and support evaluation of all potential process improvement opportunities and cost saving activities.

Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions

Promptly report all accidents, safety incidents and unsafe conditions at work to supervisor and watch out for other colleagues

Attend safety and health training

Participate in promotion of safety culture in the organisation
