Job summary
A global testing and certification company in Shah Alam is seeking a motivated sales professional to identify, evaluate, and pursue market opportunities in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, and strong relationship management skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is required. This role offers the chance to contribute to lead generation initiatives and collaborate with corporate marketing teams.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years working experience in relevant fields.
- Experience in building or construction industries preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales leads for testing services.
- Manage assigned accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation.

- Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of testing services for Real Estate and Infrastructure division
- Identify, develop and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects for the business areas of Building and Construction Materials
- Manage & service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with the clients, prospects and partners through regular customer visits as well as timely address of customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments
- Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team in Malaysia team to drive and support lead generation initiatives
- Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
- Minimum a Degree in Engineering preferable Mechanical or Civil with at least 1-2 years working experience
- Experience and knowledge in building or construction industries and project management will be an added advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin
