Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Analyze industry trends to recognize new opportunities for growth.
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s footprint and implement strategies to acquire new clients, close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate terms and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Gather market intelligence to understand competitors, market conditions and client needs. Use information to develop competitive strategies and identify new market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company. Finalize contracts and agreements to close deals successfully.
Track sales performance, client acquisition and revenue growth. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress towards goals.
Monitor project pipelines and ensure alignment with revenue targets.
Stay up to date with industry trends, sales techniques and best practices. Seek opportunities to improve personal performance and company sales processes.
