Job description

Develop construction programs for modiurn to large-scale projects

Prepore Master Work Programme by using Primavera 6 or Microsoft Project

Oversees specialized planning functions such as large scale new development proposals and environmental studies

Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.

Attend monthly/weekly meeting to present the progress of the project

Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research, and analysis.

Assigns work to professional staff and ensures appropriate training is provided

Review mverall project status with the Project Contral team and Project Managerment and recommend corrective action where necessary

Ensures that the management is kept fully informed about the condition of the agency and about any trends, events, or emarging issues of significance

Requirements:

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Professional Degrac Engineering (Civil), of

Required skilta: proven management skills and ability to manage day-to-day operations, strong written and oral communication skills, preporation of technical reports, strong interpersonal and public relations skils to work effectivitly, strong organizational skills, and strong problem solving and negotiation skills

At least 10 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this postion

Applicants must be willing to work within Malaysia

Previous experience in Project Contrais, Planning, EDT Analysis, Claims, and Project Management

Proforably with prior experience specializing in Engineering construction, structural or equivalent in rail, data centers, semiconductors or high toch faiclines
