Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This role involves cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration in projects involving prestressing and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and tender documentation.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in contract negotiation.
  • Monitor project costs and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Liaise with project managers and engineers for financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of QS experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in cost estimation tools and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of CIDB and Malaysian construction standards.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
